It is befitting that a school in India should have an astronomy club since astronomy has been an integral part of the Indian ethos since the dawn of civilisation. The Astronomy Club of DPS International in collaboration with SPACE India is very active. Students are encouraged to look at all aspects of astronomy from instruments to space and are also encouraged to go on field trips for a hands on experience.
