Guidelines for filling Online Registration Form

Note: Submission of registration form online does not guarantee admission as seats are limited.

It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked in red. If any mandatory field does not apply to you, you may type in N/A or Not Applicable.
You can only apply to the class if the applicant has met the eligibility criteria.
After the click of the final submission button, you will receive a confirmation intimation by SMS on your mobile (only national and registered numbers) as well as an email.

(Please note: In case, you do not register, you will not receive any SMS from school)

When the school notifies you, you are required to bring along a print out of the form, with a passport size photograph of the applicant pasted as indicated. It is mandatory for both parents to sign the form (other than in the case of single parent).
A photocopy of the previous annual report of the applicant has to be attached to the form.

Note: The online registration form can be filled only once for each applicant.
