Guidelines for filling Online Registration Form

Note: Submission of registration form online does not guarantee admission as seats are limited.

  • It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked in red. If any mandatory field does not apply to you, you may type in N/A or Not Applicable.
  • You can only apply to the class if the applicant has met the eligibility criteria.
  • After the click of the final submission button, you will receive a confirmation intimation by SMS on your mobile (only national and registered numbers) as well as an email.

Note: The online registration form can be filled only once for each applicant.
