Academic Plan for Cambridge International Advanced Levels

 

Cambridge International Advanced Levels under the aegis of Cambridge Assessment International Education are one of the most highly respected qualifications around the world. They are accepted as proof of academic ability for entry into universities, institutions of higher education around the world and in the Indian sub-continent.

The subject content of each of the Cambridge International Advanced Level syllabus has been divided into two parts.

The Cambridge International AS Level syllabus is covered in Grade XI, and the Cambridge International A Level syllabus is covered in Grade XII.

The Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary level (AS Level) is taken at the end of Grade (XI) and the Cambridge International Advanced level (GCE 'A' Level) is taken at the end of Grade A2 (XII).

NOTE:

  • A minimum of 5 students should opt for a subject to make it possible for the school to offer the subject.
  • Students are advised to take three A Level subjects and one AS Level subject.
