A print out of the registration form, with a passport size photograph of the applicant pasted as indicated. It is mandatory for both parents to sign the form (other than in the case of single parent). |

Sibling Applicants: The admission order/ latest fee bill of the sibling studying in DPS International only will be accepted. |

Alumni Applicant: A Photocopy of Grade 12 mark sheet/school leaving certificate. This option is only open to parents who have passed Grade 10 or Grade 12 from any of the core schools of DPS Society |

Family of DPSI students Applicants:
(In case of current student) The admission slip / latest fee bill of the student studying in DPS International.
(In case of alumni) A Photocopy of Grade 12 mark sheet/school leaving certificate. This option is only open to the students who have passed Grade 10 or Grade 12 from DPSI Saket. |
Admission stands cancelled in case any candidate is found to have furnished faulty information. The seat will automatically be offered to the next candidate on the list.
