Academic Plan For AS & A Level Grades XI - XII

DPS International offers Cambridge Advanced Level Examination in Grades XI and XII which is a two year course of study.

Cambridge Advanced Levels are one of the most recognized qualifications around the world. They are accepted as proof of academic ability for entry into universities and institutes of higher education.

Success in Advanced Levels will give access to the top universities around the world and in the Indian sub-continent.

At DPS International, we take a ‘staged’ assessment route to the A Level Examination:

- AS Level Examinations at the end of Grade XI

- A Level Examinations at the end of Grade XII

The subject content of the A Level syllabus is divided into two parts: the AS Level syllabus content which is covered in the first half of the course (A1 = Class XI), and the A Level syllabus which is the second part of the syllabus. The students take A Level components at the end of the course of study - usually at the end of the second year, i.e., Class XII (A2).

The subject option form for the AS Level (Cambridge Boards to be taken at the end of year XI) and A Level Examinations (Cambridge Boards to be taken at the end of year XII) that your ward will take in March 2023 and March 2024 respectively.
